Organised by the Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association Limited (HKDEA) and supported by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) as the Lead Sponsor, 2nd “Future Animation – AI-Assisted Animation Production Support Scheme ” (The Scheme) is a scheme to subsidize and assist selected companies to create animation content with assistance of AI to explore the full potential of AI application to animation sector. Key learnings of participants will be disseminated so that industry practitioners can benchmark on the best practices learnt during the process. The portfolio work will be showcased in Hong Kong and promoted overseas, such as in Annecy Festival, to showcase the creativity and technical capabilities of Hong Kong’s digital entertainment companies.
